Online, Offline, Going Online These messages indicate the
current availability status of the
library.
Going Online indicates
that the library is in the process of
going online.
Diagnostics or
Observer Mode display under the
Quick Status message indicating
that a diagnostics test is running
or the user logged in is an
Observer.
Online Fail
The library has failed to go online
and requires user intervention.
Check the error log and contact
Quantum Customer Support if
necessary.
Online Fail, Door Open The library has failed to go online
because a door is open. Close the
library doors.
Internal Communication Error
An internal communication error
has occurred in the library and
requires user intervention. Check
